HOW JAM & BREAD BEGAN
Jam & Bread was founded by Kaizer and Denisa, partners in life and in business, with a shared passion for hospitality, good food and creating something of their own.

Between us, we have many years of experience in the hospitality industry. Over the years, we have worked across different areas of food and hospitality and experienced first-hand what customers were looking for, and what we felt was missing.

We noticed something in London's bakery scene.
There are incredible bakeries across the city, but much of the modern bakery world is heavily influenced by French and European baking. We wanted to create something different: a bakery that puts British baking at the heart of everything it does. That idea became Jam & Bread.
BRITISH BAKING DESERVES ITS MOMENT
We wanted to bring together the food we love, handmade jams, rustic breads, proper British savoury pasties, fruit pies and cakes, and serve it in a modern, welcoming bakery.

The name Jam & Bread represents exactly what we believe in: simple, familiar food made properly, using good ingredients and traditional ideas, while giving them our own touch.
What started as an idea between two people with a love for food and hospitality has grown into a bakery built around one simple belief:Â
